专利说明:

Lifting device The present invention relates to a lifting device, and more particularly to one which is mounted at the rear of a truck for lifting goods off the ground and placing them on the platform. The lifting device according to the invention is primarily intended for light trucks with a limited cargo space, such as t .ex. so-called pick-ups.
In order to lift loads onto flatbeds on trucks, there have long been different types of crane arrangements mounted on the truck. Cranes are also available for mounting on smaller trucks. However, cranes take up space, and can therefore be difficult or impossible to mount on a light truck, e.g. on a pick-up.
For larger trucks, it is also at so-called lift dumpers are known to have two side-mounted lift arms, which can be folded back out of the lifting vehicle to be connected to any lifting means, e.g. a container and by turning / lifting the lifting arms in over the bed of the truck lift the container up onto the bed of the truck.
It is also known from, for example, US 4,383,791 A1 and US 2012/275890 A1, lifting devices for light trucks, but these lifting devices comprise a rigid lifting frame which is too space-consuming to be mounted on a light truck with a double cab.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a lifting device which can be mounted on smaller light trucks, and in particular on one with a double cab, in order to be able to lift loads such as e.g. a pallet on the platform.
The above object of the invention is achieved with a lifting device comprising two lifting arm systems, one on each side of a loading surface of a light truck, where the lifting arm systems are attached to the truck at one end and are arranged foldable so that in their position above the truck they are folded while Lifting a load located behind the truck is designed to extend behind the truck. 150630 Application text document According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the lifting arm systems at their free ends, opposite the ends attached to the truck, are connected to each other by a transverse boom which in turn carries a lifting member which can be raised and lowered relative to the boom.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, each of the lifting arm systems is formed with a 4-link mechanism and an actuator connected to one of the parts of the 4-link mechanism for operating the lifting arm systems.
The invention will now be described in more detail in the form of a non-limiting exemplary embodiment, illustrated in the accompanying drawing figures, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a schematic light truck on which a lifting device according to the invention is mounted, with the lifting device in its most protruding position, Fig. 2 shows a corresponding side view, Fig. 3 also shows a side view but with the lifting device in its most raised position, Fig. 4 shows a side view with the lifting device during the beginning of its folding, Fig. 5 shows a side view with the lifting device further folding, Fig. 6 shows a side view with the lifting device even more folded, and Fig. 7 shows a side view with the lifting device fully folded.
In Fig. 1, as mentioned above, there is schematically shown a light truck 1, which is provided with a double cab 2 and a load platform 3, which in the example shown has a folded rear hatch 4. The load platform also has side flaps 5, where in the drawing figure shown the the left side door is broken away from the figure in order to be able to show the lifting device 6 arranged on the load platform 3 in its entirety.
The lifting device 6 comprises two lifting arm systems 7, one on each side of the load platform 3. Both lifting arm systems 7 are similar, so only one of them will be described in more detail. The lifting device also comprises a lifting boom 8, which is fixed in the boat outer ends of the lifting arm systems 7, and the lifting boom 8 thus extends across the longitudinal direction of the opposite vehicle. The lifting arm systems 7 each comprise at their other ends a rigid fastening part 9 formed of laser-cut sheet metal, partly with reinforcements, and comprising a forward arm part 10 which extends forward towards the truck cab 3 and is bent to avoid the wheelhouse 11 of the truck. 9 is fixed in the truck's chassis, for example through bolts made through the load platform 3 and bolted to the truck's frame beams. At the rear, the fastening part 9 has an upright, substantially vertical, tower part 12, in one end of which a pair of substantially parallel lifting arms 13, 14 are fixed, one 14 above the other 13, and arranged rotatably relative to the fixed tower part 12. The other ends of the both substantially parallel lifting arms 13, 14 are fixed in an angular part 15, also here rotatably arranged relative to the angular part 15, and where the two substantially parallel lifting arms 13, 14 are connected to the angular part 15 at a distance from each other. Connected to the angular part 15 is also a projecting lifting arm 16, which at its other end is connected to the above-mentioned lifting boom 8, which connects the two projecting lifting arms 16 on either side of the load platform 3 to each other. Preferably, the angular part 15 and the projecting lifting arm 16 are formed in one piece. The two substantially parallel lifting arms 13, 14 together with their attachments in the tower part 12 and the angular part 15 form a 4-joint mechanism 12-15.
The length of the projecting lifting arm 16 is substantially the same length as each of the two substantially parallel lifting arms 13, 14, which also corresponds to the length of the 4-link mechanism 12-15. When the lifting arm system 7 is folded, the projecting lifting arm 16 lies on top of the two substantially parallel lifting arms 13, 14, which means that the length of the entire lifting arm system 7 and also the entire lifting device 6 then also substantially corresponds to the length of the projecting lifting arm 16 or 4-link mechanism 12-15.
For actuating the lifting arm system 7, an actuating member 17 is arranged on each side of the load platform, which may be, for example, a hydraulic piston / cylinder assembly 17, and which is partly connected to a front end of the forward arm part 10 of the attachment part 9, close to the truck 1 cab. 2, and which is partly connected to one of the two substantially parallel lifting arms 14. The actuating means 17 is designed so that it is telescopically extendable and contractible, and in this way the distance between the two connection points on the forward arm part 10 and the one substantially the parallel lifting arm 14 changes. Because the fastening part 9 with the forward-facing 150630 Application text arm part 10 is fixed, while the parallel lifting arm 14 as mentioned above is arranged rotatable in both the tower part 12 and the angular part 15, the substantially parallel lifting arm 14 can be displaced and thus the whole assembly consisting of the two substantially parallel lifts. 14, the angular part 15, the projecting lifting arm 16 and the associated lifting boom 8 are displaced forwards and backwards in relation to the fixed fastening part 9 and thus also the load surface 3, the height position of the transverse lifting boom 8 also changing by the movement of the lifting arms 13, 14, 16 .
In order to be able to lift goods on the platform, something is also needed which can grip the goods regardless of its height from the ground and regardless of its shape, and therefore a lifting means 18-20 is also arranged on the lifting boom 8, in the examples shown comprising a winch assembly 18, with e.g. a wire 19 and a lifting hook 20.
In order to be able to safely lift a heavier load on the load platform 3, the truck 1 is also suitably provided with extendable support legs 21, which can support the truck 1 and the lifting device 6 during lifting of the load on the load platform 3, especially during the phase when the center of gravity of the load is at a distance behind the truck.
In Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 the lifting device 6 is shown in its most extended position, where the lifting boom 8 is at its greatest distance behind the loading platform 3 of the truck 1 in order to be able to lift the intended goods on the platform 3 of the light truck. The lifting boom 8 is in this position at a distance above the ground. The goods can, for example, be placed on a European pallet which is lifted in its entirety to be placed lengthwise or transversely on the load platform 3. However, the lifting device 6 is not limited to being able to only lift European pallets with load, but can lift all goods that can be lifted by means of the lifting hook 20 or other lifting device, and which fits on the load platform 3, such as e.g. big bags, round bales and snowmobiles or other machines. To lift the goods, the lifting hook 20 on the wire 19 is lowered by means of the winch assembly 18 to a height where the lifting hook 20 can grip the goods, and then the lifting hook 20 is raised slightly by means of the winch assembly 18 to lift the goods from the ground before the lifting arm system 7. activated to move the load in over the load platform 150630 Application text docx 3. The lifting means can also support other devices for handling loads, such as e.g. a lifting fork for lifting pallets, or t.o.m. a bucket for lifting bulk material.
Fig. 3 shows the position when the operating member 17 has been activated and started to pull the substantially second parallel lifting arm 14 forward towards the cab 2 of the truck 1. In this position, due to the attachment of the two substantially parallel lifting arms 13, 14 to the tower part 12 and the angular part 15, then the projecting lifting arm 16 has been rotated so that it stands substantially vertically upwards over the rear edge of the load platform 3. The transverse lifting boom 8 is then in its highest position above the load platform 3.
Fig. 4 shows a position where the operating member 17 has retracted the second substantially parallel lifting arm 14 further towards the cab and where the center of gravity of a load hanging in the lifting hook 20 is located completely inside the load platform 3. In this position the transverse lifting boom 8 which is mounted on the projecting lift arm 16 in its foremost position above the load platform 3, and in this or another suitable position the recovery unit 18 can then be activated to lower the lifting hook 20 so that the hanging load therein, e.g. a European pallet, is lowered to rest completely on the load platform 3 and is no longer carried by the lifting device 6.
Fig. 5 shows a position where the operating member 17 has retracted the second substantially parallel lifting arm 14 further towards the cab 2 of the truck and so that the angular part 15 connected thereto is located right next to the cab 2.
Fig. 6 shows a further retraction of the actuator 17, and finally in Fig. 7 the position is shown when the actuator 17 is completely retracted and thus the lifting arm system 7 has reached its end position when it is most folded and is completely inside the load surface 3 of the overload vehicle 1, and has its lowest projecting height above the load platform 3. The lifting device 6 in this position has such a low height above the load platform that it is possible to place a load cover over the platform. 150630 Application text document As mentioned above, a lifting device according to the invention is intended for mounting on light trucks, especially so-called pick-ups, and can therefore be dimensioned to carry a relatively limited load, in the order of 1000 kg, which is what such trucks can normally transport. The lane adapter 17 mentioned above may therefore be a hydraulic piston / cylinder assembly which may, for example, be driven by a 12 volt hydraulic assembly. Such a hydraulic unit can also be used for maneuvering the support legs 21, but it is understood that these could also be completely manual. The winch assembly 18 can also be of a relatively simple type, and can be a 12 volt winch assembly. It is of course possible that the operating member as well as the support legs could be directly electrically driven, as well as that the winch unit could be hydraulically driven.
The lifting device according to the invention differs from previously known lifting devices in that it comprises collapsible lifting arms which means that the lifting device can be accommodated on the relatively short length which is available on the said type of light truck. Another significant advantage of the lifting device according to the invention is that it is a single construction, driven by only one hydraulic cylinder per side, and by a winch, which is essential both for cost reasons but also because it is essential to keep the weight of the lifting device down because it is intended to be mounted on lorries with limited load capacity.
The lifting device according to the invention can also be designed for lifting a gear surface on the loading platform 3 of the truck. Likewise, the lifting device can be designed for maneuvering a salvage unit for salvaging other vehicles. 150630 Application ingstextdocx
